the apartment had everything i needed. the bed were comfy and i liked the warm shower. i also received regular contact via whatsapp to ensure everything was good and to ask if there was anything they could do better. there was quick replys too.
the pillows are too soft for my liking.

i appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, it had good supplies. communication was good. i found excellent breakfast places nearby. a fabulous steak restaurant was next door too.
The room was much smaller than it was. the bed was tiny and pushed against a wall on one side. For me it was uncomfortable. the room wasn't cleaned at all . This feels unusual.

modern room luggage storage great service
The room was modern and comfortable. It looked like the photos. it had everything i needed including luggage storage and a hairdryer. multiple metro stations are close, and so are some clubbing areas. the staff was helpful on whatsapp. Their service was great!
The heating system in the flat did not work properly. i reported the problem via whatsapp. Despite reassurances and sending photos, nobody fixed the radiators . i had to live without heating in february. the heating issues were critical.

The kitchen was well equipped. It included good supplies. the hotel offered good communication. breakfast restaurants were nearby the hotel. That was convenient.

The room was a perfect size. It featured a table and chairs and a full kitchen. windows opened easily. I got sunlight. the room was super clean. That was really excellent.

The sustainability aspect was noticeable. There were refillable drinking bottles. the toiletries were refillable and bio. there was also proper waste separation, which i appreciated. the amenities were great
